In addition to the statutory warranty rights to which you are entitled, we grant you a 5-year warranty on the goods advertised with the warranty promise. The period for calculating the warranty period begins with the invoice date.
This guarantee only applies to articles that were purchased directly from the private customer shop of trends and more GmbH, www.shop.leuchtie.com, and covers the territory of the European Union.
If material or manufacturing defects occur in the goods you have purchased during this period, we will provide you with one of the following services at our discretion within the scope of the warranty:
- repair of the goods free of charge or
- free exchange of the product against an equivalent article (if necessary also a follow-up model, if the original product is no longer available).

Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods caused by
- Non-observance of the operating instructions
- Use of force (e. g. through bite damage)
- arbitrary attempts at repair
- normal wear
A claim of the guarantee service presupposes that you enable us to check the guarantee case in advance by sending in the goods. The costs of returning the goods to us shall be borne by the sender. In this case, care must be taken by appropriate packaging to avoid damage during transport.
In order to apply for warranty service, you must enclose a copy of the original invoice with the consignment proving the purchase from trends and more GmbH. We ask for your understanding that we can refuse the guarantee without enclosing this copy of the invoice. The copy of the invoice will be used to calculate the warranty period.
Your legal rights from the purchase contract concluded with us are in no way restricted by this guarantee promise. In particular, any existing statutory warranty rights towards us shall remain unaffected by this guarantee promise.
If the purchased item is defective, you can therefore in any case contact us within the scope of the statutory warranty, regardless of whether there is a warranty case or the warranty is claimed.
