If an order was placed with a registered customer account, an evaluation of the purchased product is possible at any time. The name of the author is published with the first name and the first letter of the surname.
If you have ordered as a guest, you will receive an automatic e-mail with a link that allows you to rate the purchased item after approx. 14 days. The author of the evaluation is referred to as "(guest)".
In addition to the individual text, a rating from 1 star (the customer is not satisfied) to 5 stars (the customer is fully satisfied) is given.
