Deliveries outside the EU

Customers whose delivery address is outside the EU can order VAT-free in our shop. The tax-free prices will be displayed as soon as you have selected an appropriate delivery country in the shop.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or taxes or import duties (e.g. customs duties). For further information, please contact your local customs office.

Deliveries outside the EU are generally sent without batteries / rechargeable batteries (only to Switzerland we deliver batteries incl.).
The following is therefore enclosed with your order:

• Specification of the battery type for your ordered products
• Instructions for inserting the batteries.

Calculation of the delivery time

The delivery time within Germany is 2 - 8 working days.

In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank. In the case of other types of payment on the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such day.
