Conditions of participation for the LEUCHTIE cashback promotion campaign from 18.10.2026 to 25.10.2026

1. The organizer of the LEUCHTIE cashback promotion campaign is trends and more GmbH & Co. KG, Hammerweg 123, 92637 Weiden, Germany (organizer).
2. By participating in this promotion campaign, the participant agrees to these conditions of participation.
3. Only private, natural persons who are over 18 years of age at the time of participation, have a permanent residence in the Federal Republic of Germany and whose delivery address stated when placing the order is located in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of trends and more GmbH & Co. KG are excluded from participation in this promotion campaign. Every order placed by an eligible person in the online shop https://www.shop.leuchtie.com and paid in full is eligible for the promotion campaign. Participation in the promotion is only permitted in one's own name. If the order is revoked, it will not participate in the promotion.
4. The promotion campaign runs from 18.10.2026, 0:00, until 25.10.2026, 23:59 ("promotion period").
5. Every 20th order of an eligible person that complies with the conditions of participation and has not been revoked will be refunded the full invoice amount as cashback.
   To determine the winners, all orders that meet the eligibility requirements and have not been revoked will be listed by ascending order number no later than 50 days after the end of the promotion period. Every 20th order on this list will win and the participant will be notified by email. The winner must respond to the winning notification within 14 days. If the winner is not reached, does not respond within 14 days of the winning notification being sent, or if the winning notification is undeliverable, the winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
   The refund will be made via the payment method selected when the order was placed. A cash payment of the credit is not possible. If items are returned within the revocation period, the refund amount will be reduced accordingly. The claim to the prize is not transferable to third parties.
6. The organizer is entitled to terminate the promotion campaign prematurely if a proper implementation of the promotion cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons.
7. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to all legal relationships between the parties, to the exclusion of the laws on the international purchase of movable goods.
